DebtIQ Credit Authorization

SUMMARY: I authorize LendingClub to obtain credit information regularly from one or more credit bureau(s) and other third-party information services for as long as I am enrolled in DebtIQ, for uses consistent with the DebtIQ™ Terms of Use, including providing me information about products or services that may be of interest to me. I have read this authorization in its entirety.

In this DebtIQ Credit Authorization ("Authorization"), the words "you" and "your" mean any person authorizing us to obtain and use such person's consumer reports, as described below. The words "we," "us," "our," and "LendingClub" means LendingClub Bank, National Association, together with LendingClub’s service providers, agents, assigns, and third parties engaged to assist with providing DebtIQ.

Pursuant to this Authorization, you authorize and consent to us regularly obtaining consumer report information from one or more credit bureau(s) or consumer reporting agencies, third party data sources or suppliers, and other third party information services or service providers, including without limitation financial institutions, lenders, and/or creditors for any lawful purpose for so long as you are enrolled in DebtIQ, including but not limited to: (1) providing credit information, education, alerts, simulations, notices, offers and recommendations that are intended to help you improve your credit score, protect your credit and meet your financial goals and improve your overall financial health (2) marketing products and services from LendingClub or a third party, including matching you with products or offers; (3) providing any other debt monitoring and debt management related services through DebtIQ; and (4) assisting with internal modeling and analysis. In connection with these purposes, you authorize LendingClub to share all or parts of your consumer reports with agents, partners, counterparties, or affiliates.

Consent.

By checking the authorization checkbox and clicking “Activate DebtIQ” during enrollment (or by otherwise taking an affirmative action indicating your agreement to this Authorization), you agree that:

• You have received, read, and agree to all of the terms of this Authorization; and

• You authorize us to obtain and use consumer reports and related information about you, now and periodically for as long as you remain enrolled in DebtIQ, from one or more consumer reporting agencies and other third-party information services, as described above.
