Additionally, a web presence must be entered when applying for a Business Tailored Checking Account. A social media presence or an online website would suffice.

EIN or tax ID for sole prop SSN
Address of your company’s headquarters
Mailing address, and details of owners with a 25% or more stake in your company:

Mobile phone number
Address
Date of Birth
Additionally, you’ll need the name and information of one ‘control person’ for the Beneficial Ownership form.
Non-profits
